Superhero Shaktiman to take 3D avatar
Shaktimaan fictional Indian television superhero created by Nirmal Jani and telecast on Doordarshan. Mukesh Khanna who played the superhero, says, "Shaktimaan was India's first super hero...not Krissh or Ra.One or G.One! So, we are working on a 3D avatar for a film on our very own desisuperhero! Hopefully, it'll be done fast and we can release it soon enough." Speaking about films, the actor says, "Now, I want to concentrate only on films. After spending some years on the small screen, he would like to return to big screen. Before Mahabharat happened he was doing films, but the epic serial changed his life and career course completely. However, now after spending some years on the telly, he would like to go back to films. The only hitch is that I don't like to do negative and weak roles. All these rape and nonsense type of villainous things I cannot do. So, I will wait till I get some positive roles, which are strong in character too."
