Delhi Safari bags the 19th Screen Award for the Best Animation Film
Apart from being shortlisted for the Oscars in the animation category, Nikhil Advani’s Delhi Safari has also been one of the most admired animation films this award season. Directed by Nikhil Advani, Delhi Safari is known to be a brave departure from the stereotypical Bollywood animation films with a strong and crisp plot.
The animated family film with real world themes is about urban sprawl and the effects of humanity on the global ecosystem. The idea of the film struck to Nikhil on one of the many long nature walks with his six year old daughter. Nikhil is thrilled with the response the film has generated.Here’s hoping that the animation film wins many such awards this season!!
