Doodle 4 Google India 2012 – National Winner from Chandigarh
Arun Kumar Yadav, a class ninth student of Kendriya Vidyalaya from Chandigarh, was announced as the winner of the fourth edition of Doodle4Google contest, held by Google India,Chosen amongst 13 finalists.The winning Doodle India - A prism of multiplicity, shows the India has diverse cultures, religions, languages, customs and traditions. This diversity can be witnessed in enthusiasm for sports; unique folk culture; extraordinary remarkable handicrafts; wide range of flora and fauna; agricultural practices with worldwide farming output; unparalleled spices and cuisines... Such colossal diversities represent Indias oneness.
Doodle will go live on the Google homepage on November 14, National Children’s Day. The Doodle will also be featured on a special colour pack and drawing book by Classmate. All the finalists will receive a Google Goodie bag and a Samsung tablet.

The Google Doodle portrayed by me represents the different dance forms of India. Dance, being the common topic in my doodle has many sub-divisions. Hence the different dances performed by Indians come under a united category dance. So my doodle represents the topic, "Unity in Diversity"
