National Animation Short Fest by Mediya
The 45 days National event organised by MEDIYA which is the sister concern company of CREATIVE MENTORS Pvt.Ltd. The contest started on -10th July 2012 and the last date of submission will be 25th August 2012 in the following categories : All forms of animated short pieces that contain a significant percentage of computer-generated imagery and/or digital production. This includes Computer Generated 2D/3D character animation, Traditional, stop motion, Cut out animation,Independent music videos that use any form of above mentioned animations or digital effects composed by own or copyright free music creative content,Computer animations created to explain, analyze, or visualize information for applications including scientific research, architecture, engineering, systems simulations, education, and documentary projects,Computer-animated works of all kinds produced to satisfy a school, coursework, and/or graduation requirement. Entries in this category qualify for Best Student Project Award consideration.

All the submitted entries are evaluated by individuals from the technical, creative, and production professionals. A Pre-Selection Committee will filter and ranks the submitted entries. Pre-selected submissions move to the main Jury. All the participants will be informed by email of the status of their submissions only after the Festival Jury makes its final decisions. The Festival Jury selects the recipients of the Best in Great dream worker Award,Best dream worker Award, and the Young dream worker Award.
The Prize money for the event are as follows :
Great dream worker Will be selected great work among all the categories except the student level and chooses the Great dream worker.
Prize money: Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand rupees only) and the honor
Best dream worker Will be selected best work ( we can say 2nd winner) among all the categories except the student level and chooses the Great dream worker.
Prize money: Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand rupees only) and the honor
Young dream worker Will be selected from the student level category alone and chooses the young dream worker.
Prize money: Rs. 15,000/- (Fifteen thousand rupees only) and the honor
