MAAC announces Bollympics, a viral video script contest

Maya Academy of Advanced Cinematics (MAAC) – leader in 3D Animation and VFX training, announces Bollympics on January 23, 2013 at Courtyard Marriott in Mumbai. It is a viral video script contest for its students across centres.The entries would be judged by renowned Bollywood film director, Mr. Pankuj Parashar. The winner would be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 5000. MAAC would produce a 30-45 second animated viral video of the winning script which would be promoted on various platforms.
Announcing the contest, Mr. Ram Warrier, Business Head, MAAC said, “A good script is key to successful film making. Contests like Bollympics would give our students a first-hand experience in developing a good script rendering them a thorough understanding of its significance. Besides, getting acknowledged by eminent people is essential for the students to progress in this competitive environment. We are hopeful that such initiatives will fulfill the purpose”
