2nd Delhi Shorts International Film Festival-13 is ready to thrill the audience with short films from 21 countries. DSIFF-13 is an amalgamation of unleash cinematic creativity & madness of cine-goers of beautiful city of Delhi & its objective is to give momentum to the short cinema & to foster the growth of new breed of filmmakers.

DSIFF-13 is inviting short films, animations, music videos & documentary of various genres to participate. The maximum duration of the participating films would be 60 min. The last date of submission is 20 Sept 2013. The application form can be downloaded from-

The festival also inviting entries to participate in Filmmakers Premier League (FPL) contest in which teams has to create a short film or animation in just 5 shifts or 21 days respectively. The short films funds, workshops & talks about cinema are the added attraction.

2nd Delhi Shorts International Film Festival-2013 is meant to grow many folds. The inaugural year 2012 was a big success & enjoys the credibility of one of the most trusted short film festival of India. The festival was not only embraced by the short filmmaker’s but regarded by the media & industry members also.

The festival objective is to boost-up the short film market & providing exhibition platform to short filmmakers. The festival gives the professional networking opportunities & at the same time introduces the latest trends in cinema to the filmmakers.
