With the enormous response Comic Con India is receiving across cities, it is all set to celebrate all things Pop Culture  in Mumbai yet again with the 3rd edition of Comic Convention for Mumbai called ‘Mumbai Film and Comic Con’.

For the youngsters around the city who are in anticipation of the mega event, i.e. Mumbai Film and Comic Con, can look forward to have some more before the main event. Comic Con India is organising A Special Workshop With Abhijeet Kini! About the Workshop
The Workshop will be an interactive session covering the various aspects of comics creation, story writing, development and insights on Abhijeet Kini’s own comics like Angry Maushi and his work for Tinkle.

About the Artist

Based out of Mumbai, Abhijeet Kini is an illustrator, animator and an independent comics publisher, with cult titles under his name, "Milk and Quickies" and "Angry Maushi vol 1 and 2", for which he was nominated in the Best illustrator award category for consecutive years in the Indian Comic Con awards. Illustrating since 1999 with publications like Mid-Day,Timeout India, Timesgroup, Verve India, etc. He is a regular illustrator with Tinkle, illustrating popular series such as Butterfingers, Defective Detectives, Superweirdos and Dental Diaries. In 2011 he, along with his wife Diksha, started a merchandising venture called "Kini Merch".
