MediaLab 3D Solutions Wins 3 Telly Awards

MediaLab 3D Solutions was selected from nearly 11,000 entries from all 50 states as a winner in the Online Commercial category of the 36th Annual Telly Awards. MediaLab brought home two Bronze Telly awards and one of the highly coveted Silver Telly awards.

MediaLab's creative work for the SitOnIt Seating's Focus Family was awarded the prestigious Silver Telly. Jeff Blum, Creative Director for SitOnIt Seating and IDEON, said, "This is the first time we're showcasing an entire family of chairs together and we were very pleased that the animation was both promotional and educational." While the animation was extremely complicated, MediaLab worked with the company's Creative Team to deliver a winning video.

It was MediaLab's unique take on educational advertising with the SmartCode™ 916 from Kwikset commercial that brought home a Bronze Telly. At Spectrum Brands, Inc., Brand Manager of Kwikset Residential Access Solutions (RAS) May Schlatter said, "It's a challenge to show how the touchscreen works. The lock features are so complex, however, the animation from MediaLab made them so easy to understand."

An innovative animation made Contigo's AUTOSEAL® Pitcher Demonstration come to life and earn a Bronze Telly. "We had to show our unique key features and benefits in an entertaining and educational way," said Kate Weber, Sr. Manager of Marketing & E-commerce at Contigo. "MediaLab's animation let the customers see exactly how the pitcher worked to really complete the product's story."

MediaLab's success is not limited to these projects alone. "We're a forward-thinking group, and love it when our clients trust us to position their products and services for success using digital imagery and animation," said President and CEO Bruce VanWingerden. "Our collaborations with clients create truly engaging and cutting-edge videos. It feels great to be recognized with three Telly Awards."

This year is the first time that MediaLab has entered the competition.
