Gamers can now purchase wallet cards from Game4u to buy games and content on www.steampowered.com
Milestone Interactive Private Limited’s Game4u.com, the online retailer of PC and video games, consoles and related accessories, has begun selling pre-paid wallet cards of digital games service, Steam. With this offering, gamers can now buy the pre-paid wallet cards from Game4u.com and redeem the points to buy games from Steam. The coupon codes will appear in the user’s account and would not be in the form of physical cards.
On Game4u.com, the steam wallet cards can be bought in three denominations - $10 (Rs 799), $25 (Rs 1,999) and $50 (Rs 3,799). Consumers can buy these Steam Wallet Codes using net banking, credit cards, debit cards or using Game4u’s loyalty program points – ‘Ammo’.
The following procedure is to be followed to purchase these codes from www.Game4u.com and redeem them on www.steampowered.com
- Add a Steam Wallet Code to your cart on www.game4u.com. Proceed to Checkout.
- Once the payment is made, you will find the code in 'My account’ under ‘Downloads'
- To redeem the Code, click on ’Redeem a Steam Wallet code’ under the 'Games' option in the Steam client
- Enter the Steam Wallet Code to add funds to your Steam Wallets.
Steam is all set to kick-start its Holiday sale on 19th December, 2013 and this new Game4u offering will enable PC gamers in India to derive maximum benefits from Steam Sales.
