Toon Boom CEO speaker at Thames Valley Technology Conference

Joan Vogelesang, President and CEO of Toon Boom Animation was guest speaker at the 2014 Thames Valley International Technology Conference held at the Microsoft Campus in Reading, UK. Ms. Vogelesang outlined the use of animation in education and how youngsters brains have changed through the use of technology.  Ms. Vogelesang also had some very solid things to say on the convergence of digital media in a discussion with Mr. Ivan Dunleavy, Chief Executive of Pinewood Shepperton plc and Mr. James Cox, Studio Head (PES UK) at Konami.

The event was organised by the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce Group and highlighted the increasing use of consumer technology in our everyday lives in the UK technology sector and in particular the importance of the Thames Valley
